Seriously, don’t.

D’Angelo Russell of the Brooklyn Nets was stopped by TSA for attempting to stash weed in his carry-on. The star point guard attempted to sneak the ganja past security scanners using a fake Arizona tea can with a secret compartment. Needless to say, It didn’t work. The agents present confiscated his weed and his grinder, issued Russell a citation and sent him on his way.

Word is, he allegedly said the items belonged to his brother even though he was at the airport alone. It’s unclear what the fine will be if Russell is required to pay one. No disciplinary actions have been made by the Nets at this time either. They have issued a statement saying that they “have been made aware of the situation involving D’Angelo Russell and are in the process of gathering more information at this time.”

Would you have tried to sneak weed on a plane? Let us know!
