Sometimes, you just have to do it yourself.

Michigan native, Monte Scott, did just that. Fed up with the countless number of potholes in his neighborhood, he has gone viral for filling them all on his own!

Four years younger than the state’s minimum driving age, Scott has take the roads into his own hands. Using dirt from his mother’s back yard, armed with a garbage can and a shovel, he has begun filling some of the large potholes on his street in Muskegon, MI. He says “he doesn’t want anyone else to mess up their cars” like his mother had recently.

People who have filmed Scott, have given him money and encouragement telling 12-year-old boy, “you’re gonna be something”.

Keep up the good work Monte!
