Before you light up, be careful! The state government has issued a recall for multiple strains of marijuana that were sold at The Green Mile Detroit on 8 mile.  According to LARA, the state’s department of licensing and regulatory affairs, the strains failed laboratory testing. The contaminated weed was sold between Dec. 18, 2018 and Jan. 3, 2019.

The strains affected by the recall are: Gelato, Superman OG, Mimosa and Girl Scout Cookies. If you have these products, and haven’t consumed them, it is advised that you return these products to The Green Mile Detroit for disposal.

Another dispensary affected by the weed recall, is Compassionate Care by Design in Kalamazoo. It is reported that all of the products sold during the two week span were contaminated. Patients and caregivers should expect to be notified of the recall by the affected dispensaries. For the list of tests these products failed click here.
