The story of the horrific drive-by shooting of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes by an older white man has many of us outraged. Journalist, Saun King shared the story on his social media and started a reward fund to help find Jazmine’s killer. Many continued to share her story in the hopes of finding the person who committed this terrible crime.
Houston Texans player, DeAndre Hopkins took to Instagram to share his thoughts and that he would be giving his playoff check to help support the family of Jazmine. Here is what he had to say on Instagram:

When I see Jazmine Barnes’ face, I see my own daughter. I am pledging my playoff check this week to help her family with funeral costs and to support @shaunking @SherriffED_HCSO @SylvesterTurner in bringing this man to justice. The police are still trying to find the man who did this. As of today, the current reward is set at $100,000 for anyone who can identify the man.
