At the time of the incident, 6ix9ine was 18 years of age while the victim was only 13 years of age. The judge has ordered the rapper to serve four years probation and 1,000 hours of community service.
Also during this time 6ix9ine also has other rules that are apart of his probation is that he can not have any ties/affiliation with gangs so this means 6ix9ine for the next four years can not say his popular catch phrase “Trey Way” due to the movement being viewed as a gang in the judges eyes.
