Like most people who get arrested, Kodak Black says he is innocent. But instead of just saying it, he thinks he has come up with a way to prove his innocence. According to a recent development, the rapper is now requesting that the firearm in question be dusted for fingerprints. Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, expressed to the judge during a Monday court appearance that the fingerprint procedure would prove that the weapons don’t belong to Kodak.
Kodak currently lives in a house with other people. If he gets out of this, his lawyer is strongly suggestion that he moves out the house. We are not sure if the judge is going to honor this request or not as a matter of fact the only thing we do know is that he will sit in his cell until Feb 23rd which is the next hearing. Good luck Kodak, good luck.
