12-year-old Tamir Rice was killed in Nov. 2014 after he was shot by rookie patrolman Timothy Loehman outside a Cleveland recreation center. After a grand jury ultimately acquitted Loehman of all charges, activists on Twitter asked Cleveland Cavalier star LeBron James to refrain from playing as a way to protest the non-indictment.
As expected James continued to play the game he loves and while some people didn’t mind. Others feel he should have done something like speak about Rice, including Rice’s mother who stated that she expected more from Lebron James.
Since then many people have sounded-off about whether she was right to make the statement about James and on Friday morning, The Morning Heat discussed whether she was right or wrong to snub James for his so called lack of action! Watch the video below:
