Back in July, a woman by the name of Christine Chisholm launched legal action against rapper 2 Chainz, accusing him of calling her a T.H.O.T., in a video taken backstage at one of his shows last year.

The footage went viral, and Chisholm claimed she lost her job and had been subjected to abuse and harassment. She initially sought $5 million in damages, but then filed new papers last month asking for $10 million for slander, libel and defamation.

Well, it doesn’t look like she will be seeing any of that money anytime soon because a federal judge in North Carolina has tossed out Chisholm’s lawsuit.

According to TMZ, in his ruling, the judge said calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct.”
