Bert Johnson Unchained: Where Politics and Real Life Intersect
Detroit, MI, November 23, 2015 – Senator Bert Johnson energized and uplifted a standing room only crowd at the first “Unchained” event. He shared his story about going from being convicted of a crime and doing time, to being convicted to contribute to his community. In this second installment of the series of talks he will share more of his story as well as solutions and a plan for social and economic development and community empowerment. This candid conversation with Senator Johnson will take place on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at The University of Michigan Detroit Center, 3663 Woodward, Detroit, MI 48201, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
