Tia Mowry-Hardrict has put an end to the legal battle against her former agent over what would have been a pretty lucrative Twitter deal.

Last year, the “Instant Mom” star leveled a lawsuit at Brian Hanley of Innovative artists agency on the suspicion that he might have been taking more than his share of money she earned from a 2013 deal she signed. Under the terms of her contract, Tia would earn money by sending out sponsored tweets.

According to TheJasmine Brand.com, the suit states that Brian was only supposed to get a 10 percent cut of the money she brought in with her tweets for different companies. However she suspected that he wasn’t paying her everything she was actually owed. After an audit of the contracts, she claimed in the lawsuit that Brian shortchanged her about $60,000. She was also seeking $120,000 in punitive damages.

Brian then filed his own lawsuit accusing Tia of trying to pull a fast one by having her sister Tamera Mowry-Housely gain control of his account and had ad agencies funneling the money into it. Court documents state that he’s got no clue whether the money Tamera allegedly had transferred ever made it to Tia, but he swears he didn’t fraudulently withhold money from her.

While each side of this dispute was armed with its own lawsuit, the legal matter was abruptly brought to an end on April 21 after documents were filed that stated a settlement had been reached. According to the filing Tia, Brian and their legal reps met on March 25 to settle the matter outside of court, and they closed the case after coming to agreement that was satisfactory for all parties.
