Detroit police seek missing 13-year-old girl
Detroit police are asking for help finding a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since Sunday.
Police say Alexis Powell was last seen at her home in the 17900 block of Binder in Detroit.
She has a medium-brown complexion and usually wears her hair in a quick-weave style. She was last seen wearing an orange True Religion shirt, blue jeans with white stripes, and black Chuck Taylor shoes with royal blue laces … click here for more details.

Federal agency to end management of Detroit’s public housing
The federal government says it’s ending 10 years of management of Detroit’s public housing system and restoring it to local control.
