Drake is claiming he has nothing to do with his concert film hitting theaters this week: “Drake’s Homecoming: The Lost Footage” We are being told that Drake signed off on producers shooting a 2009 concert. There is a contract which states he was paid $15k for the performance and if footage from the concert was used for any future projects, Drake would get 15% of the profits.
As soon as Drake heard about the movie hitting theaters ahe tweeted this:
The Drake Homecoming film is not something OVO or Drake have any part in. I feel it is my responsibility to inform and protect my fans.

It’s crazy because some of Drake’s closest associates: Rap-A-Lot Records honchos J. Prince and Jas Prince were producers on the film.
They are saying Drake wasn’t happy with the quality and wants to give his fans only the best of the best.
