Parents, you may see your child with sugar and a straw and may think not much of it, but some investigators say it’s not for sweet water, but it’s being used as a tool to attract bed bugs.

According to ABC news, kids are smoking dried up bed bugs to get high. Researchers say the chemicals inside the bugs travel to the pleasure cells of the brain and releases stimulants.

Sources say the bed bugs have a hallucinogen inside of their make-up but there is not way to extract it, so the bugs are dried to either smoke or inject.

Doctors say that bed bugs are a danger to smoke because they also have other chemicals which can make a person sick with flu-like symptoms.
