The ideal candidate combines macro strategic thinking with strong intuition and impeccable execution skills. They should demonstrate a track record of successfully developing brands and managing projects from concept to completion.


Strategy & Innovation

  • Gathering, organizing and summarizing information on client business strategy, industry and competitive dynamics, best practice analysis and customer insights to identify key implications
  • Quickly picking up skills and knowledge in new areas, leveraging client, firm and external resources
  • Creatively expressing strategic principles for brands, contributing to integrated brand and platform development
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with client management and key stakeholders
  • Identifying key areas of learning and developing a strong point-of-view around what really matters while elevating thinking to a more inspiring place, staying true to the brand DNA, and positioning the brand for growth and success


  • In-depth knowledge of onsite and offsite search strategies and best practices
  • Ability to confidently discuss the use of web technologies as they apply to digital marketing
  • Manage the design of digital products across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, applications and video – including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting

Account Management

  • Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client
  • Lead a team of both internal and external resources and allocate appropriately
  • Create and maintain accurate budgets and timelines for projects
  • Develop effective status communication mechanisms for clients
  • Demonstrate a clear, comfortable and persuasive presentation style for both formal and informal settings


  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or PR
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in strategic planning, integrated marketing or brand management
  • A passion for problem solving, creative expression and improving the way companies relate to customers
  • An analytical and intuitive approach to finding solutions and a flexibility in applying them
  • A willingness to push your thinking, attack issues from multiple angles and stretch yourself to provide outstanding ideas to clients
  • An assertive self-starter and multi-tasker with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable in both left- and right-brain environments
  • Must be able to write and articulate clearly and persuasively
