Responsibilities of position include:

Servicing and growing an existing book of business. Going out to current Commercial Customers to obtain personal lines referrals.

The quality of the work requires:

A minimum of 5 years of a successful track record in proactive marketing and converting prospects to clients for new business. Property & Casualty License and AMS 360 Knowledge Preferred

Organization: Able to effectively and efficiently complete projects within timelines.

Drive: Handle multiple assignments without sacrificing quality.

Innovative Thinking: Use creativity to make positive changes in the workplace.

Interaction: Relate well to others and keeps cool under pressure.

Presence: Has outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

The technical nature of the work requires

Strong analytical and computer skills.

The confidential nature of the business requires

Someone who is widely trusted and reliable.

The helpful nature of the work requires

Clear focus on meeting clients expectations and needs.

The size of the firm requires: Flexibility, enthusiasm and a good sense of humor.

Core Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additional time may be required.
