Each NHA school is a special part of the community it serves, and also part of a larger network of 74 schools nationwide.  Below are some of the features that make Flagship Academy the place to continue your career in teaching:

·         Experienced Leadership: Flagship Academy has structured their leadership team with the Dean model.  This means that teachers meet weekly with their Dean to discuss their students, review lesson plans, goals and assessments and observe instruction to provide constructive coaching to take learning to the next level.

·         A Team Approach: At Flagship you do not work independently in your classroom, but are part of a grade level team committed to planning lessons and achieving learning objectives.  This is true school-wide and you will find the faculty inviting and the school a great place to work.

·         Location: Flagship Academy is a safe and secure environment in which to teach.  Parental involvement is one of our precepts and parent volunteers are a frequent addition to the school environment.
