Job Description
Prepare input sheets for daily processing of payroll. Ensure orderly maintenance of all payroll records and reports. Respond to requests for verifications and garnishments. Review and prepare state and federal quarterly and annual tax reports. Administer payroll control procedures per Controller’s manual. Open and verify cash “drop” envelopes from outlets and Front Desk. Prepare and distribute the various reports to outlet managers, Front Desk, and Accounting. Audit house banks as per schedule. Prepare paperwork for bank deposit at prescribed time(s).
