NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Country singer Hank Williams Jr., who lost his highest profile television assignment after making an analogy involving President Barack Obama and Adolf Hitler, is lashing out at the media in a new song.

In an interview last week on Fox News, Williams compared President Barack Obama playing golf with the leader of the Republican opposition in Congress to the long-dead Nazi leader playing a time-warped round with Israel’s current prime minister.

Detroit Restaurant Week returns for its fifth installment Friday, September 23 through Sunday, October 2. Once again, delicious three-course dinners will be available for just $28 per person at select fine dining establishments in Detroit.

It is easy to participate in Detroit Restaurant Week. There are no tickets to buy or coupons to cut. You just go into any one of the participating restaurants for dinner between September 23 and October 2 and order from their DRW menu. Once you’ve enjoyed all three-courses you’ll be brought a bill that reflects the discount price, but don’t forget that beverages, tax, and gratuity aren’t included in the $28 per person price. And don’t be shy about visiting as many restaurants as you can or the same restaurant on multiple days during Detroit Restaurant Week. The price will still be just $28 person each time.

Jay-Z Wants Tenants Out

Current and former residents at a luxury building in Philadelphia partly owned by hip-hop star Jay-Z say the music mogul’s legal team has been relentlessly harassing them to leave until they give up and vacate the premises, FoxNews.com has learned.

“I’m scared of Jay-Z,” says a tenant of 603 North American Street, who because of what she claims are safety fears does not want to be named. “I’ve endured endless harassment from his team of lawyers, and I can’t take it anymore. I don’t know when this drama is going to end.”

The 24-unit condominium complex was purchased by SCC North American Realty, LLC, in January of 2009. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, SCC North American Realty, LLC, is partially owned by Shawn Carter, otherwise known as Jay-Z.

“The whole thing has been so unsettling,” former tenant Liza Tedeschi tells FoxNews.com exclusively. “I’ve been in tears over this.”

Tedeschi claims Jay-Z’s legal team has been trying to evict tenants at his four-year-old building.

Dad Castrates A 57-Year-Old Man For Dating His Teenage Daughter

Angry that his teenage daughter was dating an older man, a German dad went to the 57-year-old’s home and castrated him with a bread knife, police said.

Helmut Seifert, originally from Russia, recently pled guilty to attacking Phillip Genscher, according to London’s Telegraph.

“I saw it as my duty as a father,” the 47-year-old father allegedly told police.

With the help of two of his co-workers, he went to Genscher’s home in Bielefeld, in northern Germany.

“[Genscher] was forced to remove his trousers and, fully conscious, he was castrated,” police said, the Telegraph reports. “The severed testicles were taken away by the perpetrator.”

The father has not revealed the identity of the men who helped him. He is expected to go on trial next year.

Emerson Elementary To Be Treated For Bed Bugs

DETROIT, Mich.(WXYZ) – A letter from the Detroit School District says a bed bug was found in a classroom at Emerson Elementary and the school will be sprayed with an insecticide on Friday.

Nakia Campbell, who has two daughters at the school says just hearing about it makes her itch. She made her girls take their clothes off at the door of their home and says she is thinking of fumigating her home just to be safe.

The letter sent to parents says school officials will be looking closely for any other signs, it also says if your child has any bites and you are concerned you should call your doctor.

A spokesman for the District says what was found in the school is still being tested and hasn’t been confirmed but no matter what the school will be sprayed as a precaution.

Girl Tries To Give Her Boyfriend AIDS

Yesterday, a woman called into Jacksonville Radio Station 93.3 The Beat with a CRAZY STORY. Apparently the girl was mad at her baby’s father for not paying child support, so she decided to get back at him – by GIVING HIM AIDS!!!

According to the woman, one of her close girl friends is suffering from HIV/AIDS. And her friend is so SCANDALOUS that she has UNPROTECTED sex with men without disclosing her condition.

So the girl decided that she would HOOK UP her girlfriend with her baby’s father – in hopes that she would give her baby’s father the PACKAGE.

But get this, she had ANOTHER reason for killing him. According to the GHETTO HOODRAT, if her babys father were DEAD . . . she could get an increase in the amount of government assistance that she’s receiving.

We know that there are THOUSANDS of MTOers out in Jacksonville. Can one of y’all please CALL THE POLICE on this bird and have her investigated . . .

Fire Races Through Detroit Senior Complex

DETROIT (WXYZ)- An early morning fire raced through the St. Pauls senior citizen's apartment complex in Detroit Tuesday. The building is located on Dexter and Humphrey on the city's west side. All residents managed to make it out of the high rise safely. The fire is believed to have started in an elevator. An investigation is underway. Read more..

Abandoned Boy’s Parents Charged

Warren — Through tears, a couple accused of leaving their toddler at a Caesarland restaurant after his birthday party insisted Monday that the ordeal is a misunderstanding and they’ll do whatever it takes to get the boy back.

Talisha Darlene Johnson, 33, and Dion Musekela Johnson, 41, were arraigned by video in 37th District Court on charges of second-degree child abuse. The felony offense carries a penalty of up to four years in prison.

Both parents broke down in tears after they were released from Warren police headquarters on $15,000 personal recognizance bond.
“I’ll do anything to get my baby back,” Talisha Johnson sobbed. “I love my baby. I just want him home.”

Police allege the pair left their 3-year-old son, Dion Jr., at the Chuck E. Cheese-style restaurant on Hoover on March 13. Caesarland staffers spotted the boy around 9 p.m. and contacted Warren police. The child was placed in foster care by Child Protective Services.

Relatives said they did not discover the boy was missing until Monday. That’s when Talisha Johnson called Caesarland and Dion Johnson went to the restaurant.

The family said there was a miscommunication between the mother, father and great-grandmother about who had the child. Police say the adults have each pointed fingers at the other.

The parents reside in different apartments at the same Warren complex. The great-grandmother and primary caregiver, Mable Robinson, lives in Detroit. Authorities said the child resides with Robinson five days a week and returns to his parents on the weekends.

Warren Police Detective John Pierce said Monday that investigators now believe the family knew as early as the night of the party the boy wasn’t accounted for.

“It did come up Saturday night,” Pierce said, adding relatives, including Robinson, went to Talisha Johnson’s apartment that evening without the child.

“All indications are the people responsible for the child dropped the ball.”

Originally, when questioned March 15, the couple told investigators they realized their son was missing Sunday. Before that, police said, they had assumed Robinson took him home because she had brought him to the party. Even so, police said, the couple waited nearly two days to contact Caesarland. The family never called police.

The boy is in foster care. A hearing is expected to determine if he is a ward of the court or to be returned to his parents.

“I want to clear my name, and I want my son back,” Dion Johnson said as he left Warren police headquarters.
