Nipsey Hussle was arrested in Los Angeles yesterday (August 29) on charges of obstructing a police officer, according to CSNPHILLY.com.
The rapper was apprehended at Slauson Avenue Clothing on the 3400 block of West Slauson Avenue.
Officers went to the business to investigate a potential probation issue, the LAPD said.
The suspect and Nipsey Hussle were both taken into custody.
The rapper is slated to appear at the Made In America festival in Los Angeles today (August 30).
At press time, it has not been determined whether or not he will perform as scheduled.
Kanye West, Iggy Azalea, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, Isaiah Rashad and SZA are among the other acts set to perform at this year’s Budweiser Made In America in Los Angeles, California, which is slated to take place today and tomorrow (August 31).
