Centria has developed a comprehensive program to care for individuals involved in the most serious accidents with potentially long term complications related to those accidents. We specialize in working with Michigan No Fault, Workers’ Compensation, Private Pay, Major Medical Health Insurance Programs – Children’s Special Health Care Services, Area Agency on Aging, Veteran’s Benefits and Medicaid Waiver to provide for all skilled nursing related needs and services and provide service to the entire State of Michigan including the Upper Peninsula.
Some catastrophic injuries include traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, congenital deformities, ventilator dependent, tracheotomy, etc. We coordinate care among multiple disciplines including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory specialists, skilled and attendant care to help clients recover a normal life as quickly as possible.
RN and LPN
We are currently seeking caring individuals interested in one-on-one private duty nursing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform duties outlined in patients plan of care
TBI + SCI rehabilitation
Gastrostomy tube care
Observe clients physical, mental and emotional conditions.
Report any changes
Document observed changes
Maintain an orderly environment.
Current state license as an RN or LPN
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
Current flu vaccine
