While justice was served, Jennifer Hudson can now finally breathe…
Hudson was in court yesterday to hear the sentencing of William Balfour. Back in 2008, Bealfour shot and killed Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson, her brother, Jason Hudson and nephew Julian King. Bealfour was found guilty back in May of 2012, now serviced with a sentence of three consecutive life terms in prison without parole.
On top of the three life sentences, Cook County Judge Charles Patrick Burns added 120 years for aggravated kidnapping and home invasion. Burns sternly addressed Bealfour saying, ”You have the heart of an arctic night. Your soul is as barren as dark space.”
