 PDS SERVICES are looking for a Contact Center Associate
This job requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience
This is a Full Time, Regular Employee position located in Detroit.

Job Responsibilities:
Telephone responsibilities include:
• Attending to customer calls in a high volume call center (approximately 70-115 calls per day)
• Assisting customers with account information (i.e. renewing account information, answering questions regarding publications, answering questions regarding delivery, and resetting passwords)
• First line web support (i.e. password resets, deleting cookies, etc.)
• Informing customers about magazine promotions
• Maintaining records of customer interactions (i.e. making notes of calls/ call logs)
• Emailing responses to customer questions
• Ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to speak clearly/articulate

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in data entry
• Internet Experience
• Being a Team Player
• Quality written and oral communication skills
• Motivation to perform routine tasks on a daily basis
• Flexibility with start times (will be working 8:30am-5pm or 10:30am-7pm)
• Timeliness
• Reliability
