Part-Time Staffing Coordinator
Long Term Care facility is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to staff the Nursing department.
Candidates must have experience creating and maintaining schedules for over 150 employees. In addition will be required to staff when call offs are recorded. Must maintain staff required postings and staff ratios daily, weekly and Monthly reports must also be generated to identify trends.
Candidate will work in an administrative assistant capacity. Must be able to function and work well in an interdisciplinary environment. Excellent communication and computer skills a must.
MUST be knowledgeable of state and federal guidelines pertaining to nursing home regulations.
Preferred candidate would have an interest in Nursing home management. Pursuant of Nursing home administrators license a plus. Prior experience working in a long term care facility preferred.
