Detroit Restaurant Week Returns!

Detroit Restaurant Week returns for its fifth installment Friday, September 23 through Sunday, October 2. Once again, delicious three-course dinners will be available for just $28 per person at select fine dining establishments in Detroit.

It is easy to participate in Detroit Restaurant Week. There are no tickets to buy or coupons to cut. You just go into any one of the participating restaurants for dinner between September 23 and October 2 and order from their DRW menu. Once you’ve enjoyed all three-courses you’ll be brought a bill that reflects the discount price, but don’t forget that beverages, tax, and gratuity aren’t included in the $28 per person price. And don’t be shy about visiting as many restaurants as you can or the same restaurant on multiple days during Detroit Restaurant Week. The price will still be just $28 person each time.

Enhance your Detroit Restaurant Week enjoyment by asking your server about our official wine – Gothic Wine’s 2009 “Nevermore” Pinot Noir. It complements many of our chef’s culinary offerings and for a limited time, participating DRW restaurants are bringing this exciting, exclusive wine to you at a preferred, introductory price. Celebrate your Detroit Restaurant Week experience with warm company and savor “Nevermore” by the glass or by the bottle.

While a reservation is not required, we do strongly recommend you make one. The restaurants were packed for last spring’s DRW. The number of people who participate increased with each promotion. 36,578 people dined at participating establishments in the spring.

Since its inception in 2009 more than 120,000 people have participated and an estimated minimum of $2.1 million in sales have been generated for participating restaurants.

Detroit Restaurant Week was established as a partnership between Paxahau Event Productions, the Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP) and its partner organizations in Midtown, Corktown, Eastern Market and New Center to support and promote fine dining restaurants in greater Downtown Detroit.
